Private 1:1 restorative yoga session · 75 minutes · By appointment request After submitting your request, you'll receive confirmation and scheduling details to finalize your session. Restorative Reset is an individualized session designed to create space for rest, quiet, and gentle replenishment in the midst of everyday life. In a one-to-one setting, we can move at an unhurried pace and shape the practice around your comfort, available props, preferences, and season of life you're currently navigating. Each session includes fully supported restorative postures, gentle guidance, and time to settle. This offering is for anyone whose life feels especially full, who has been giving a great deal to others, who is moving through a season of change, or who simply longs for a quieter place to pause and rest. Private sessions can be a good fit for beginners, people who prefer more individualized attention, and anyone who would like a spacious restorative practice shaped around their needs. No prior yoga experience is needed. All bodies and all backgrounds are welcome. Investment 75-minute session · $95 introductory rate Home Visits For some people, practicing at home feels more easeful and accessible. When appropriate and feasible, Restorative Reset may also be available as a home visit. Home visits bring a prop-supported restorative practice into your own space. Please reach out to discuss availability, location, and home-visit pricing. Gentle Note Restorative yoga is a supportive wellness practice. It is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare provider. Cancellation Policy
Restorative Reset is a personalized 1:1 session reserved specifically for you and prepared with your individual needs in mind. A brief intake form is requested before your first session so that the experience can be tailored to your needs and goals. Sessions are available by appointment and may be offered online, in person, or, when appropriate and feasible, as a home visit. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Your payment may be applied as a credit toward a future Restorative Reset session or refunded according to your preference. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable. This policy helps honor the time, preparation, and care involved in providing individualized support. If an unexpected illness, caregiving responsibility, or emergency arises, please reach out. Whenever possible, we will explore options together with compassion while maintaining clear boundaries and supporting the sustainability of the practice. Home visits are not medical treatment and do not replace care from a healthcare provider. If you are recovering from an injury, living with a medical condition, or have questions about whether restorative yoga is appropriate for your situation, you may wish to consult your healthcare provider before booking.
