In Simple terms
By using this website or booking a class, workshop, or session with Soul Serenity, you agree to our policies around bookings, cancellations, payment, respectful behavior, and your own health responsibility. Our yoga and wellness services are not medical care, and you participate at your own risk. Please read the full Terms & Conditions below for details.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Soul Serenity (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including classes, workshops, sessions, memberships, and any related offerings, whether in person or online (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing our website or purchasing, booking, or attending any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.
2. Eligibility and Health Responsibility
By booking or attending our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
You understand that yoga, movement, and wellness practices may involve physical activity. You are responsible for listening to your body and practicing within your own limits. You agree to consult your physician or qualified health provider before starting any new exercise or wellness program and to stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
Our Services are not a substitute for medical care, mental health care, or professional advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure physical or mental health conditions.
3. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations
All prices and availability for Services are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
We may use third-party payment processors or booking platforms. By using those services, you also agree to their terms, conditions, and policies.
Cancellation and rescheduling windows vary by service and are listed on the applicable booking page, service description, registration form, or event details. Where a specific service page, event listing, registration form, or booking confirmation states a different cancellation, refund, or participation policy, that service-specific policy will apply.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full or may result in forfeiture of that class, session, or class credit, as described in the applicable service policy.
Certain Services may also require completion of an intake, consent, or health information form before booking is confirmed or participation is permitted.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Services for any reason, including illness, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances. In that case, you will be offered a transfer, credit, or refund, as appropriate.
4. Online Services and Technology
For online or virtual Services, you are responsible for having a stable internet connection, appropriate device, and a safe practice space. We are not liable for technical issues, interruptions, or inability to access a session due to your equipment, internet connection, or practice environment.
Recording, reproducing, or distributing any part of live or recorded online sessions without our prior written consent is prohibited.
5. Code of Conduct
We aim to provide a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment. By using our Services, you agree to:
-
Treat all participants and instructors with respect and kindness.
-
Refrain from disruptive, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior.
-
Follow any guidelines communicated in class, in sessions, or on our website.
We may refuse service, remove, or ban any participant who violates these expectations, without refund, at our sole discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our Services, including text, images, class materials, audio, video, graphics, downloads, and other content, is owned by Soul Serenity or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or results.
You participate in all Services at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Soul Serenity and its owner(s), teachers, contractors, partners, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or connected with your use of the website or participation in our Services, or your violation of these Terms.
