Restorative Reset is an individualized 1:1 session designed to support rest, nervous system regulation, and gentle replenishment. These sessions offer a more personalized space to slow down, receive support, and explore what rest looks like in the context of your own body, stress patterns, and season of life. Each session includes fully supported restorative postures and gentle guidance tailored to your needs. This offering is especially supportive for those moving through burnout, caregiving, overwhelm, recovery, or transition and wanting a private space for restorative care. Private sessions are ideal for beginners, people with specific comfort or accessibility needs, and anyone seeking a more individualized and spacious approach to rest and renewal. Sessions are offered by appointment. No prior yoga experience is needed. All bodies and all backgrounds are welcome. For some people, traveling is its own barrier to rest. When appropriate and feasible, Restorative Reset may also be offered as a home visit. These sessions bring restorative practice into the comfort of your own space and may be especially supportive for those navigating illness, recovery, caregiving responsibilities, limited mobility, or periods of significant stress. If you'd like to explore a home visit, please reach out to discuss options. Home visits are not medical treatment and do not replace care from a healthcare provider. Cancellation Policy
Restorative Reset is a personalized 1:1 session reserved specifically for you and prepared with your individual needs in mind. A brief intake form is requested before your first session so that the experience can be tailored to your needs and goals. Sessions are available by appointment and may be offered online, in person, or, when appropriate and feasible, as a home visit. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Your payment may be applied as a credit toward a future Restorative Reset session or refunded according to your preference. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable. This policy helps honor the time, preparation, and care involved in providing individualized support. If an unexpected illness, caregiving responsibility, or emergency arises, please reach out. Whenever possible, we will explore options together with compassion while maintaining clear boundaries and supporting the sustainability of the practice.
