Breathe & Be is Soul Serenity's longer, signature restorative practice, created for those longing for a deeper experience of rest. The 75-minutes format allows for an unhurried arrival, spacious transitions, longer-held supported postures, and more time to settle into stillness. Through gentle restorative postures, breath awareness, and quiet stillness, you will be invited to soften, settle, and rest more fully. This practice offers a quiet place to pause, whether life feels full, you have been giving a great deal to others, you are moving through change, or you simply long for a slower rhythm and more space to breathe. All are welcome. No prior yoga experience is needed. Live online via Zoom Select in-person offerings will be announced separately.

Cancellation Policy
Breathe & Be with Dr. Dee is a 75-minute signature restorative experience designed to support deep rest and a grounded group experience. Registration is required in advance. A Zoom link or location details, along with any preparation information, will be shared after registration is complete. If you need to cancel, you may do so up to 12 hours before the session start time. Your payment may be applied as a credit toward a future Breathe & Be session or refunded according to your preference. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session start time, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. This policy helps honor the time, preparation, and care involved while supporting a steady and nurturing container for deep rest and nervous system care. If an unexpected illness or emergency arises, please reach out. Whenever possible, we will explore options together with compassion while maintaining clear boundaries and supporting the integrity of the group experience.
