Service Description
Signature restorative experience · 75 minutes · Online and select in-person offerings Breathe & Be is Soul Serenity's signature 75-minute restorative practice, created for those who are longing for a deeper experience of rest. With more spacious pacing and longer-held, fully supported postures, this practice offers an opportunity to settle beneath the surface of the week and tend to deep rest and nervous system support. You're invited to create a quiet, nourishing space and gather blankets, pillows, and any other supports that help your body feel comfortable and supported. Through gentle restorative postures, breath awareness, and quiet stillness, you'll be invited to soften, settle, and rest more fully. This is a space to slow down, exhale, and be exactly as you are. This class is intended as a place to move beyond simply pausing and into a fuller experience of deep rest, gentle support, and the opportunity to breathe deeply, settle into stillness, and soften into presence. This practice may be especially supportive during seasons of burnout, caregiving, chronic stress, recovery, life transition, or any time you're longing for a slower rhythm and a deeper sense of ease. All are welcome. No prior experience is needed. Breathe & Be is offered online and, at select times, in partnership with studios, spas, retreat centers, and community spaces. Cancellation Policy
Breathe & Be with Dr. Dee is a 75-minute signature restorative experience designed to support deep rest and a grounded group experience. Registration is required in advance. A Zoom link or location details, along with any preparation information, will be shared after registration is complete. If you need to cancel, you may do so up to 4 hours before the session start time. Your payment may be applied as a credit toward a future Breathe & Be session or refunded according to your preference. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the session start time, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. This policy helps honor the time, preparation, and care involved while supporting a steady and nurturing container for deep rest and nervous system care. If an unexpected illness or emergency arises, please reach out. Whenever possible, we will explore options together with compassion while maintaining clear boundaries and supporting the integrity of the group experience.
