Service Description
Complimentary community class · 60 minutes · Online via Zoom Arrive & Rest is a gentle, complimentary community class designed to offer a simple place to pause, exhale, and reconnect with rest. As the community on-ramp within Soul Serenity, it creates an accessible entry point for anyone who is feeling stretched thin, navigating change, or simply in need of a softer rhythm. Through a small number of restorative postures, breath awareness, and quiet stillness, this practice invites the body to settle and the nervous system to downshift. No prior yoga experience is needed. Gather a comfortable surface, two or three blankets or large towels, and a couple of pillows — anything soft that can support you in restful shapes. Cancellation Policy
Arrive & Rest is offered as a complimentary community practice and is intended to provide an accessible space for rest, renewal, and connection. Registration is requested in advance so that participants can receive the Zoom link and any preparation information. If you need to cancel, you're welcome to do so at any time. If possible, please let us know in advance so that your space can be made available to someone else. Participation is always voluntary. You are encouraged to listen to your body, move at your own pace, and rest as needed throughout the practice. Arrive & Rest is offered for educational and wellness purposes and is not medical treatment. If you are recovering from an injury, living with a medical condition, or have questions about whether restorative yoga is appropriate for you, you may wish to consult your healthcare provider before participating.
