Do I need yoga experience?

No experience is needed!  sessions are designed for all levels, including complete beginners. I will guide you gently, focusing on comfort and ease in every pose.

What should I bring to a session?

Bring a yoga mat, a few blankets, and any pillows bolsters you have. Wear comfortable clothes. We’ll use props to support your body and help you fully relax.

How do online sessions work?

Online classes are live and interactive. You’ll receive a link after registering. Set up your space at home, gather your props, and join us for a calming, guided experience.

Are classes suitable for all bodies?

Absolutely. Our practice welcomes all ages, body types, and abilities. We offer modifications and support so everyone can experience the benefits of restorative yoga.
